DAN Burzotta is expecting another memorable night of MMA action at Clements Hall tomorrow.

Fifteen fights are taking place on the UWC’s ‘Redemption’ show in Hawkwell.

And Burzotta cannot wait for the action to get underway.

“It’s going to be another memorable show and we’re all looking forward to it now,” he said.

“We have 11 TSG guys involved but we also have fighters coming over from Poland and Lithuania which I think shows how well we are thought of.

“We are one of the longest serving MMA establishments in this country and I can only think of two who have been going as long as us. We’re obviously proud of that and we’re looking to put on another good night on Saturday.

“Our guys have trained well and they’re excited to get out there now and show what they can do.”

That includes Rayleigh’s Dean Stevens whose fight against Chopper Stones is eagerly anticipated.

And Stevens believes the night will be UWC’s best yet.

“I can’t wait to get back in the cage as there will be fireworks in this show and it’s by far the best fight card I’ve fought on at UWC,” said Stevens.

“Training has been going really well. Dan Burzotta always knows how to get you through fight camp and he always puts you through your paces.”

Stevens therefore feels in great shape and is hoping to please his fans who are travelling from far and wide to see him back in the cage.

“I’ve got my family coming from Wales and Norfolk so I can’t wait to hear the atmosphere,” he said.

“I don’t know much about the guy I’m fighting but this is the heaviest I’ve fought at. I know he’s a big guy so I just need to keep my hands up and not get caught.”
