Organising pre-season - Southend United manager Chris Powell
SOUTHEND United have announced two of their pre-season matches for the forthcoming campaign.
The Shrimpers will travel to Great Wakering Rovers - who were promoted into Isthmian North last season - for their first warm-up fixture on Saturday July 7.
Blues will then head to National League side Leyton Orient - who are managed by former Blues full-back Justin Edinburgh - on Tuesday July 24.
