LOOKING AHEAD: Billericay went from one extreme to another in their opening two games.

A thoroughly straightforward victory last weekend was followed up by a much sterner test against Concord Rangers on Tuesday, in which a last minute goal was required to prevent defeat.

Wealdstone are the visitors tomorrow, with Town looking to avenge a defeat in the FA Trophy last campaign.

The London outfit were emphatic 5-2 winners at the AGP Arena to deny Town a place in the last four of the competition.

Bradley Bubb did the damage that day with a debut hat-trick and Town will be determined to strike back with victory in the league.

There is nothing between the two in the standings after two matches, with both on four points.

MANAGER’S VIEW: “Wealdstone are a very good attacking side,” said manager Harry Wheeler. “They are organised and it will be a game between two experienced teams.

“They have had a good start so they will be confident as well. I have had them watched so I know what we’re up against.

“We will work on some bits that need to be done after Tuesday. We must be more tenacious and if we are I think we will do the job.

“We remember what happened last season in the FA Trophy and we need to show that shouldn’t have happened.

“I trust the players and we have to make a few decisions on selection but nothing too drastic.”

TEAM NEWS: Connor Hunte is suspended, Callum Kennedy will have a late fitness test (thigh), Alfie Potter and Moses Emmanuel are pushing for starting spots.
