SOUTHEND United were without Luke Hyam and Sam Barratt for Saturday’s clash at Plymouth Argyle.
Hyam missed out with a hamstring problem while Barratt was unavailable due to a knee injury.
“Luke was 50/50 on Saturday morning,” explained Blues boss Chris Powell.
“But I decided to go with fully fit players because I wouldn’t want him coming off after five minutes.
“Sam got a knock in the week in the game against Stevenage but we don’t know the full extent of it just yet.”
