SOUTHEND United youngsters Josh Bexon and Emile Acquah have joined Harlow Town on loan.
Goalkeeper Bexon has joined the Bostik League Premier Division side until January while striker Acquah has joined on a work experience deal.
The duo will still be able to line up for Blues’ under 23 team during their loans and Southend’s academy manager Ricky Duncan feels the move will be of huge benefit.
“Both Josh and Emile need to go and play men’s football,” said Duncan.
“This loan will be good for them both.”
