SOUTHEND United striker Simon Cox is relishing his first ever visit to Luton Town tonight.
Cox - who netted in the Shrimpers’ 2-0 win against Bradford City on Saturday - has played at 77 of the 92 League grounds during his career.
But he has never previously played at Kenilworth Road and is keen to make it a night to remember.
“Out of the 92 grounds Luton is one I’ve not played so I’m looking forward to it,” said Cox.
“By the end of the season I could be up to 82 and it would be great to get to play at them all.
“But I’m focusing on Luton right now and you know what you get with newly-promoted teams.
“They set their stall out and make themselves hard to beat but we have to go there and do a professional job. We’re away from home so we don’t have to entertain, we just have to come away with the result.”
