Tilly stays at Southend as Poyet is named Brighton boss

STEVE Tilson will be staying with Southend United, after Gus Poyet was named manager of Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Blues boss was on the final shortlist to replace Russell Slade at the Withdean Stadium but the Seagulls have opted to appoint Poyet who is currently out of work.
