One change as Herd returns for Blues

STEVE Tilson has made just one change to his starting line-up as Johnny Herd has been passed fit to play and returns to the team at left-back.
He has taken the place of the suspended Sean Morrison with Simon Francis moving inside to partner Adam Barrett at centre-back.
That means Anthony Grant is at right-back but the rest of the side remains unchanged with Dougie Freedman again partnering Lee Barnard in attack.
Southend United: Mildenhall, Grant, Francis, Barrett, Herd, Laurent, McCormack, Christophe, Moussa, Barnard, Freedman.
Subs: Walker, Scannell, O'Keefe, Asante and Bentley
