STEVE Tilson has made two changes to his starting line-up for tonight's clash with Norwich City at Roots Hall.
Jabo Ibehre has replaced Dougie Freedman in attack for his Shrimpers debut while Damian Scannell has come in for the injured Francis Laurent on the right flank.
On loan defenders Scott Malone and Sean Morrison both make their home debuts in the back four.
