STEVE Tilson has made two changes to his starting line up for this afternoon's clash at Huddersfield Town as goalkeeper Steve Mildenhall returns to the team after recovering from back and pelvic problems.

He replaces Ian Joyce between the sticks and Blues' other alteration comes in defence where Osei Sankofa takes the place of Sean Morrison, who has now returned to Swindon Town.

Sankofa will figure at right-back, with Simon Francis moving into the middle alongside Adam Barrett as the Shrimpers again line up in a 4-5-1 formation.

New signing Scott Spencer is among the subs.

Southend United: Mildenhall, Sankofa, Francis, Barrett, Malone, Laurent, McCormack, Grant, Moussa, Scannell, Barnard

Subs: Joyce, Herd, Spencer, Walker, Freedman and Christophe
