Paul Sturrock has made two changes to his starting line-up
BLUES boss Paul Sturrock has made two changes to his starting line-up for tonight's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash against AFC Wimbledon at Roots Hall.
Goalkeeper Paul Smith has been handed his debut between the sticks in place of Cameron Belford while Anthony Straker comes in for the injured Kevan Hurst on the left wing.
But the rest of the team remains unchanged with Gavin Tomlin replacing Britt Assombalonga in attack.
Southend United: Smith, Clohessy, Phillips, Cresswell, Prosser, Leonard, Timlin, Spicer, Straker, Tomlin, Assombalonga.
Subs: Harris, Bentley, Barker, Benyon & Woodyard
