Rochford Hundred aim for first win of season against Ruislip
9:00am Friday 21st September 2012 in Sport By Chris Phillips
ROCHFORD Hundred will be bidding for their first win of the season when they host Ruislip in London One North tomorrow.
Rochford have been beaten in all three of matches so far this season and have leaked 192 points, more than any other side in the league.
But they will be hoping to get back to winning ways this weekend against a Ruislip side who have just one victory to their name this term.
They were beaten 31-17 by Luton in their last outing and Rochford will therefore be confident of coming out on top.
Newly-promoted Basildon have also been finding life in London One North tough and they remain the only team in the division without a point this season.
Basildon have also yet to win this season but tomorrow they travel to Romford & Gidea Park who are also winless.
In London Three North East, Canvey Island head to Wanstead looking to bounce back from their opening day defeat to Upminster while South Woodham Ferrers host Wisbech.
And Woodham will go in to the game in good shape after beating Sudbury 39-8 last weekend.
Billericay start their Essex One season tomorrow away at Maldon, while in Essex Two Pegasus Palmerians kick off at home to Kings Cross Steelers and Stanford le Hope travel to Writtle Wanderers.
