Southend United unchanged for Morecambe clash

SOUTHEND United manager Paul Sturrock has named an unchanged starting line-up for this afternoon's clash at Morecambe.

That means Anthony Straker continues at left-back, with Chris Barker alongside Ryan Cresswell at the heart of the defence, meaning the fit again Mark Phillips has only been selected on the bench.

Joining him among the substitutes bench is John Spicer who is available again after completing a three match suspension.
 

Southend United: Smith, Clohessy, Cresswell, Barker, Straker, Tomlin, Leonard, Tomlin, Hurst, Martin, Assombalonga.
 

Substitutes: Bentley, Eastwood, Phillips, Benyon, Coughlan, Spicer & Clarke-Harris
