THE Square Lake at Stanford's Warren fishery continues to impress.
Quality roach and F1 hybrids are still being caught in large quantities by float and feeder anglers.
Season ticket holder Dave Hemmings had a good day's sport, taking a large bag of quality roach up to 12oz and several pristine F1 hybrids up to 5lb.
Steve Moss landed a nice 15lb pike and pike up to 18lb were landed regularly throughout the week.
Carp are starting to be caught in greater numbers with one 24lb capture reported on Saturday.
Brothers Paul and Alan Crissell fished the same swim and had bites at the same time, with both landed mirror carp weighing 14lb.
In the Main Lake at the Warren, junior member Ryan Jenkins, 15, captured the biggest carp of the week with a stunning 24lb 12oz common carp taken from the pier area.
Large pike are still coming out with the biggest reported capture taken by Mark Ellis weighing in at 23lb.
Quite a few smaller pike up to 15lb were caught, with Steve Tolton among these anglers with a nice 12lb fish.
Catch of the week goes to day ticket holder Alan Moss from Romford who caught more than 30lb of quality roach.
The majority of his haul weighing between eight and 14oz were landed using waggler-fished maggots from the beach area. His catch also included a 1lb 11oz perch.
