SOUTHEND United manager Paul Sturrock has made three changes to his starting line-up for tonight's crunch clash against Cheltenham Town at Roots Hall.
New signing Danny Mayor has been put straight in to the side after signing on loan from Sheffield Wednesday while Barry Corr and Alex Woodyard have also been restored to the team.
Mayor replaces Ryan Leonard in midfield while Woodyard comes in for the suspended Ryan Cresswell with Mickey Spillane reverting to centre-back.
Corr has also been preferred to Britt Assombalonga in attack with the on loan Watford youngster dropping down on the bench.
However, there is again no place for Mark Phillips (toe) and Chris Barker (calf) who both failed late fitness tests.
Southend United: Smith, Clohessy, Spillane, Prosser, Straker, Woodyard, Hurst, Laird, Mayor, Reeves, Corr
Subs: Coughlan, Harris, Lavery, Bentley, Leonard, Spicer & Assombalonga
