HELEN Chamberlain and Max Rushden of Soccer AM will be singing the National Anthem before today’s game between Southend United and Fleetwood Town at Roots Hall.

The TV pair had been scheduled to sing the National Anthem before Sunday’s Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final against Crewe Alexandra.

Chief executive Steve Kavanagh said: “With Helen and Max no longer singing at Wembley on Sunday we didn’t want to let the rehearsals they have been having go to waste.
