JAKUB Sokolik has been given permission from Yeovil Town to play in this Saturday’s FA Cup clash for Southend United against Chester.
The centre-back, who is on a month long loan from the Glovers, was originally expected not to be able to line up at Roots Hall this weekend.
But Yeovil boss Gary Johnson has now agreed for the defender to play in the first round clash.
“It’s good news that Jakub has been given permission to play this weekend because we weren’t too sure that was the case initially,” confirmed Blues boss Phil Brown.
On loan left-back Jerome Binnom-Williams has also been given permission to play from his parent club Crystal Palace.
Shrimpers striker Lee Barnard has also been allowed to play Stevenage, where he is currently on loan, in their FA Cup clash with Maidstone United.
