Dressed to impress - Blues players in fancy dress in Ireland
SOUTHEND United’s players dressed to impress at their Christmas party in Dublin.
The Shrimpers squad flew out to Ireland for their festive celebrations.
And Blues striker David Mooney felt the trip showed how good team spirit is at Roots Hall “I think it was the best Christmas party I’ve ever been on,” said Mooney.
“Last year with Orient we had six people on the Sunday whereas here we had 30.
“It was different class and we had a great time.
“I went as He-Man and it’s the first time in my life I’ve ever had a set of muscles!”
