SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has made two changes to his starting line-up for tonight’s clash at Shrewsbury Town.
Striking duo Noel Hunt and David Mooney have both returned to the team in place of the on loan Tyrone Barnett, who has been denied permission to play against his parent club and the suspended Gary Deegan.
As a result, the Shrimpers are expected to line-up in a 3-4-3 formation with new loan signing Jamar Loza selected among the substitutes.
However, there is no place in the squad for John White who misses out with a calf problem.
Southend United: Bentley, Bolger, Barrett, Thompson, O’Neill, Atkinson, Leonard, Hendrie, Payne, Mooney, Hunt
Substitutes: T Smith, Worrall, Timlin, Hurst, McQueen, Loza & McQueen
