Loan man - Stephen Hendrie's month long spell ends after tonight's game at Bradford City
BLUES boss Phil Brown remains in talks with West Ham United about Stephen Hendrie’s future at Roots Hall.
Hendrie’s loan spell with the Shrimpers expires after tonight’s game at Bradford City.
But an extension has yet to be agreed.
“It’s an ongoing conversation with West Ham,” said Brown.
“We can only take it to 93 days on an emergency loan but if there’s a gap in between him coming back to us then there’s still a chance of getting him until the end of the season. “
