BLUES’ promising midfielder Jack Bridge has been offered a new contract to remain at Roots Hall.
Bridge has impressed while on loan at Conference South club Chelmsford City in recent weeks, scoring six goals in 12 games.
And he has now been rewarded with a new deal by Southend boss Phil Brown.
“Jack is having a good time at Chelmsford and we’ve offered him a new contract,” said Brown.
