Favourite ever game?

I think that would have to be when I got my first senior cap for Northern Ireland.

I came on as a substitute against Scotland when we were 3-0 down but it was a really proud moment for me and my family, so that’s the main one that sticks out for me really.

Favourite ever goal?

I think I would have to pick the first one I ever scored. It was for Watford against Preston when our manager was actually in charge of them.

That’s not why I’ve chosen it though!

I also really enjoyed the one I got for Southend against Blackpool this season as I started and finished the move.

Best player you’ve played with and against?

The best player I’ve ever played against is Isco, who is at Real Madrid.

I played against him for Northern Ireland against Spain in the under 21s and he was unbelievable.

The best player I’ve played with is Nathaniel Chalobah. He was on loan at Watford from Chelsea when I was there and he was brilliant.

He’s on loan at Napoli at the moment.

What do you most like doing away from football?

I like to relax with my family and friends and I also play a bit of golf with the lads.

We’ve been trying to organise an Ireland v England Ryder Cup-style competition but we haven’t been able to get it organised yet.

I haven’t seen all of the lads play but out of the ones I’ve seen I would say Ben Coker was the best.

Who is your funniest team-mate?

I would say Adam Barrett or Kevan Hurst. They both make me laugh.

Who is your dumbest team-mate?

Myles Weston. He’s a bit simple.

Which team-mate has the worst dress sense?

I know all the other lads will say me so I can get my own back here!

I like to think of myself as young and fashionable, so I would pick Michael Timlin or Kevan Hurst.

They’re a bit older than me and quite old fashioned with what they wear!

What’s the best prank you’ve ever seen?

There was a good one quite recently.

There was the biggest spider I’ve ever seen in one of the changing rooms at the training ground.

One of the lads cupped it in his hands, went into the treatment room and put it down the back of the physio Ben Clarkson’s top.

He’s scared of spiders and performed quite an entertaining dance trying to get rid of it.

What’s your nickname at the club?

Tommo.

Who is the best singer?

I’m not sure but Franck Moussa did his song before the Walsall game and he was quite good.

Do you have any pre match superstitions?

Not really but if I did something the week before and I played well then I’ll probably do that.

Other than that I do a little jump when I go out onto the pitch and make sure I clap the fans too.

What’s the best ground you’ve played at?

The Aviva Stadium where I played for Northern Ireland.

Which of your team-mates is most likely to become a pundit?

Adam Barrett would be good because he’s knowledgeable about the game.

Noel Hunt would be good too but they would probably have to extend the programme if he was on because once he starts talking he just doesn’t stop!
