Phil Brown blaming the players again? He really knows how to build loyalty.
@shrimpertom
Most fans can accept defeat if you have given it a good go but this and recent efforts have been pathetic.
@sherlock_221b
Poor display from everyone. We didn’t turn up for the game. Outfought and outplayed.
@ollieclark98
Play the youth
@jamesmanktelow
Appreciate Wigan are top but we made it too easy for them from the first minute. Too many players not up for it.
@rpt159
Why would PB need to resolve with the chairman that he is not leaving? He could make a simple statement off his own back.
@karllansley
Ron Martin is doing a good job but he needs extra financial help to buy players to take us to the next level.
@phillsilver9
This time last year would you not have taken mid-table in League One? Onwards and upwards
@keithwooderson
Brown, if you want to go, just go. If not publicly state now you’re not interested and confirm you’re staying. Simple.
@shrimperlee
Not like the Pelligrini case at all. He has class and dignity for a start. This has been engineered by PB himself. Has to go.
@peterrmiles
Brown has lost the team because of all the speculation about his own future.
@hi4headrecs
In my opinion give some of the youth team a try as they will show passion to get into the team but Saturday’s team showed nothing out there.
@jimmybass18
Second best all over the pitch. Could easily have been 10-1. Frankly we were embarrassed by the champions elect.
@kristofshrimper
What frustrates me is if PB is going then we’ve wasted weeks where a new manager could assess the squad.
@shrimperjon
We simply weren’t good enough.
@jackdavies48 E
mbarrassing
@philjd52
People talk about Brown leaving, has anyone considered he may be sacked? Team seem clueless and loan signings offer nothing.
@thejoewalsh
Terrible attitude from the team. No desire to play. Need changes in this team. They need to play with passion.
@ashleylansley97
Dire, gutless, clueless and embarrassing. The only fight came from Deegan v Thompson. The score flattered us.
