THEO Robinson is back at Southend United on trial.
The 27-year-old scored seven goals in 21 games while on loan with the Shrimpers in 2009.
But he is now bidding to earn himself a second chance at Roots Hall by impressing Blues boss Phil Brown in the next few days.
“Theo Robinson is in on trial and we’re going to be having a look at him,” confirmed Brown.
“He’s been in and around this division and has been here before too.
“He has pace and we will have a look at him in the next two or three days.
“If that’s a fruitful trial then who knows where that might take us.”
Robinson lined up for both Motherwell and Port Vale last season but scored just twice in 25 appearances.
