BOYHOOD Rotherham United fan Mark Oxley heads back to his former team tomorrow eager to silence his friends in the stands.
The Southend United goalkeeper grew up supporting the Millers and was on their books for eight years in his youth.
But the shot-stopper is desperate for the Shrimpers to triumph tomorrow.
“I grew up supporting Rotherham and would go to Millmoor to watch them so there’s a relationship there but it won’t mean much this weekend,” said Oxley.
“Most of my family support them as I grew up 10 minutes from there and most of my friends support them too.
“There will be a few there at the weekend supporting them but I would like to think my family will be cheering for me.
“It will be good to go back and hopefully we can get the win.”
