ECHOSPORT takes a closer look at tomorrow’s opponents Yeovil Town.
THE SEASON SO FAR
Yeovil Town are currently 17th in the League Two table after enduring a mixed start to the season. The Glovers are far more of a threat at home where they have been beaten just once in eight games, conceding six goals.
However, on the road Yeovil have lost six of their eight games and have let in 23 goals, more than any other team in the Football League.
RECENT FORM
Yeovil saw off Stevenage 3-0 at Huish Park last weekend and are now unbeaten in their three last matches. However, Darren Way’s side have also triumphed just twice in their seven games.
STYLE OF PLAY
Yeovil are expected to line-up in a 4-3-3 formation tomorrow and are known to play a pressing style as they look to utilise the threat of their wingers.
DANGERMAN
Sam Surridge - Surridge scored twice in last weekend’s 3-0 win against Stevenage.
TEAM NEWS
Yeovil will be missing strikers Francois Zoko and Olufela Olomola this weekend as they were both sent off against Stevenage last weekend. Olomola - who has netted seven goals already this season - went to school with highly-rated Shrimpers defender Elvis Bwomono.
PREDICTED STARTING LINE-UP
Krysiak, Mugabi, Smith, Sowumni, James, Bailey, Worthington, Smith, Browne, Surridge, Khan
