RICKY Duncan and Kevin Maher will be in charge of Southend United for Saturday’s clash at Rochdale.
Shrimpers chairman Ron Martin has told Echosport that a new manager will not bossing Blues this weekend.
And that means Duncan and Maher will take control following the departure of Phil Brown on Wednesday.
Duncan is currently head of academy at Roots Hall while Maher – who made more than 450 appearances for the club – is the under 23 team manager.
