SHRIMPERS striker Simon Cox will be aiming to heap more misery on Oxford United manager Karl Robinson this weekend.

Cox has netted four goals in five games against teams bossed by Robinson in the past two seasons.

And the forward wants to add to that tally by notching at the Kassam Stadium tomorrow.

“I couldn’t have come much closer to scoring than I did at Blackburn last week so it would be great to one tomorrow but winning the game is what matters most,” said Cox.

“I didn’t know about my record against Karl Robinson’s teams but I would love to improve it tomorrow and help get us the three points.

“We were all very frustrated by the Blackburn defeat and we can’t wait to get back out there again now.”

The Shrimpers head into tomorrow's game sitting 14th in League One table.
