THERE is plenty to play for for both teams at Blunts Wall Road tomorrow.
With just one game to go, hosts Billericay are bottom of the table and are fighting to avoiding relegation.
But, in stark contrast, Hadleigh and Thundersley are currently top and are hoping to clinch the title with another win.
“It’s a big game for both teams but we are desperate to win,” said Hadleigh skipper Adam Fleming.
“We have already clinched promotion but the celebrations were quite muted because it’s the title we want to win.
“It’s very close but Billericay we also want to get the victory for their own reasons.”
Hadleigh are six points clear of second placed Shenfield who are at home to Walthamstow tomorrow.
Billericay are three points from safety and their captain Stewart Rutland hopes his side can pull off a miraculous last day escape.
“It’s the toughest game possible but we are playing to stay in the league and there is no bigger incentive than that,” said Rutland.
“We know we need a good performance but hopefully we can raise our game and do it.”
Leigh on Sea could also still be relegated as they are just eight points clear of the drop zone.
They are away at Harold Wood tomorrow, while Old Southendians and Southchurch complete their season with a trip to Horndon on the Hill.
