CONCORD Rangers play their last game for a fortnight against Wealdstone in the Conference South tomorrow, with Danny Cowley calling on his side to follow up three draws with a win.

The Beachboys host last year’s Ryman Premier League champions, and Cowley said he was hopeful he would have a fully fit squad by the time they returned to action in the FA Cup on Saturday, September 27.

And despite their opponents sitting bottom of the league, Cowley expects a tough match.

“They were by far and away the best team in their league last year,” he said. “I know Gordon Bartlett (Wealdstone manager) well and he is one of the most experienced manager’s in non-league football so his team will be a tough test as always.

“We will be able to put all of our efforts into tomorrow and the players want to keep this run going.”
