Concord Rangers 1–2 Truro City

National League South
CONCORD Rangers' play-off hopes are over after they were beaten 2-1 by Truro City.
The Beach Boys needed the win to stay in the top five hunt in the National League South but Truro were impressive as they looked to help cement their place in the play-offs.
The opening goal of the evening came midway through the half when Matt Jay profited on a punch into the danger zone by Beach Boys goalkeeper Ben McNamara and found the net.
Shane White doubled the lead for the visitors as the half drew to a close, smashing home from the penalty spot.
Concord needed some inspiration and they got it on the hour mark as a terrific through ball found the run of Ben Greenhalgh and he beat the goalkeeper.
But there was to be no comeback for Adam Flanagan's side.
Concord Rangers: McNamara, Dowie, Stephen, Cornhill, Hammond, Lampe, Taaffe, White, Greenhalgh, Cawley, Carlos
