l My superstitions: I am always second last out of the dressing room. Although I don’t know what I am going to do now Luke Wilson is back. He and Dave Knight like being the last out!
l Closest ally: Any member of ‘The Spine’ so either Wilson or Jamie Salmon.
l Best trainer: Alfie Hilton is an absolute pro.
l Worst trainer: Dave Knight. If it ain’t shooting, he ain’t interested.
l Worst barnet: Definitely Luke Wilson. He tried to give himself a hard man bald cut but it has backfired.
l Who would you least like to be stuck in a lift with?: Ross Adams. He would try and sell me something like turf. He thinks he is a bit of a Del Boy.
l Most controversial: Dave Knight. He says it how it is.
l Dressing room DJ: Wilson now he has returned.
l Longest in front of the mirror: Jamie Salmon. To be fair I would be in the mirror as well if I had the best hair in Essex.
l Longest in the shower: Ninja (Fahad Nyanja).
