A best of the second day seven under par round of 65 enabled Thorpe Hall's Richard McEvoy to a solid finish in his latest event on the European Challenge Tour, the Moroccan Classic.
McEvoy, who started with a three over 75, finished with two level par 72 rounds for joint 17th place on 284, four under, and earned him a cash prize of 1,674.38 euros.
