Shani Stevens is a former teacher who gave up her profession to learn the complex teachings of kinesiology.
Kinesiology is a complimentary therapy of detecting and preventing health complaints by testing the strength of muscles in the body.
According to the teachings of the practice, first discovered in the 1960s, each muscle in the body is linked to an internal organ.
