WICKFORD’S Carousel Gym Club are celebrating after producing a number of excellent performances at the Essex County Teams competition.
Carousel entered three teams in the competition at level five, level four and level three.
The level four and three teams both won hold while the level fours also took home an additional trophy for having the highest floor scores.
The level five team won silver and Carousel’s head coach Debbie Morgan was thrilled by the displays.
“We’re only quite a small club so to be able to beat some of the giants,” said Morgan.
“Everyone has worked really hard and some of them have been training for 12 hours a week.”
