STUART Bingham’s Indian Open run ended in the third round after he was comprehensively beaten by Anthony McGill.

Bingham had beaten Steven Hallworth and Matthew Stevens on the way to the third round but he was no match for the Scot as he went down 4-0.

Although it looked as though Bingham was going to get off to the perfect start as he racked up a 63-0 lead in the first frame.

But a break of 64 saw McGill take the frame by a single point and he never looked back.

Breaks of 65, 60 and 72 ensured the victory for McGill as Bingham looks ahead to the World Open at the end of the month.
