IDRIS Hill will be looking to continue his unbeaten record in the boxing ring later this month.

The super lightweight, from Leigh, has won all five of his bouts since turning professional last October.

And he now hoping to make it six in a row as he fights for the Super Lightweight Challenge Belt at Grays Civic Hall on Friday September 23.

“This is the biggest fight of my career to date,” said Hill.

“Preparation and training with my team are currently at the top level to ensure I am in the best possible condition to win this belt.

“It’s a dream I’ve had for a long time and I feel ready. I feel stronger than ever and I cannot wait to get in the ring and do my work.

‘I am also so lucky to train among the country’s best fighters on a daily basis and this motivates me even more to get to the top level.”

Trained by Kevin Lilley and managed by Carl Greaves, Hill trains out of the Matchroom Gym.

He is also sponsored by several local businesses in the Southend area and insists he would struggle on his journey without their support.

However, Idris is still looking for more backers and anyone interested should email TeamIDBoxing@yahoo.com for details.
