ROCHFORD Hundred will be switching their attentions to the London & SE Intermediate Cup when they host London Two North West side Hampstead this weekend.
The two teams are in similar positions in their league tables, with Rochford fifth and Hampstead sixth.
And Hundred’s first team coach Graham Pratt is keen for his side to secure a third successive win.
“The team needs to keep up the momentum and a good win would boost our confidence especially with a home game against local rivals South Woodham coming up next,” said Pratt.
“I think we played Hampstead before a few seasons ago in the cup and narrowly lost to them but times have changed and so have players so hopefully the result will too.”
Rochford have also switched Jon Baker from centre to full-back for the game.
Billericay are also in cup action this weekend as they visit Fullerians in the first round of the London & SE Senior Vase.
Fullerians are currently seventh in the London Three North West standings while Billericay are second from bottom in London Three North East having lost all three of their matches so far this season.
