ROCHFORD Hundred made it eight wins from their last nine games with a 17-8 victory at bottom of the table Old Cooperians.

The win kept Rochford third in the London Two North East standings but they are now just two points behind second placed Norwich who were surprisingly beaten 33-14 at home to Diss.

South Woodham Ferrers slipped to seventh in the table after suffering a third defeat in succession, losing 27-7 to Saffron Walden who are now just once place above them.

Basildon were also beaten, losing 52-10 at Holt.

They are now 10th in the 12 team table.
