THURROCK will be bidding to get their own back on Old Priorians in London One North tomorrow.

T’s – who sit one place higher in the table than their hosts – were beaten 42-34 by the Middlesex side earlier on in the season.

And Thurrock’s director of rugby Dean White is seeking revenge on Saturday.

“We are very much looking forward to tomorrow’s game because we feel that we owe Old P's one after what happened at our ground earlier in the season,” said White.

“They are a very well drilled side and have a lot of quality players in their team.

“But we will be working hard to make sure we get our processes right and hopefully a good performance will follow.”

Thurrock sit fourth in the standings, six points higher than their hosts.

And White is expecting another entertaining encounter.

“We always seem to have high scoring games against Old P's and I think both sides will look to attack again,” said White.

“The team that will come out on top will be the team that can defend for long periods.

“But this is an important game for both teams.

“If we win then we open up a gap between us and everyone else below but if they win they close the gap.”
