LONDON ONE NORTH

Thurrock 58, Luton 10

THURROCK made it three wins in a row with a 58-10 victory against bottom of the table Luton in London One North.

The victory kept T’s fourth in the standings.

And their director of Dean White was delighted to have secured another victory

“We were happy with the performance on Saturday,” said White.

“Our young side had to work hard in the first 40 minutes but we eventually got on top.

“Our set-piece caused them problems all day and our attack was outstanding at times.

“The team defended very well for long periods of the game and this is an area we have been working on at training.”

That resulted in Thurrock coming out on top.

And White felt the win again showed how bright the future is looking for the club.

“The team was yet again very young and our front five didn't have one player over 21 which is great for the future of the club,” said White.

“Our aim is to now finish off the season on a high.

“We only ever worry about our performance and this won't change for the final few games. “

The T’s are now seven points behind third placed Brentwood with just three matches to go.
