ROCHFORD Hundred resume their London Two North East campaign against struggling Campion tomorrow.

Rochford were without a fixture last weekend.

And Hundred’s first team manager Graham Pratt insists they cannot wait to get back in action.

“It was disappointing that our cup game against Harlow was cancelled last weekend and we look forward to getting back out there again on Saturday,” said Pratt.

“Although we are still missing prop Michael Mark and back row Gregory Whight we have selected a strong side on paper but we will need to get back on form after a below par performance in our last outing at Romford.

“We also need a good win with bonus points to boost the confidence and I’m confident we can do it in front of a good home crowd.”

Rochford go into tomorrow’s game sitting ninth in the table and will be strong favourites to triumph against rock bottom Campion, who have lost all 17 of their matches this season.

In London Three North East this weekend, eighth placed Basildon will be looking to build on their 52-10 win against Ilford Wanderers when they travel to second from bottom Lowestoft & Yarmouth, who have won just one their 15 games this term.

In Essex League One Premier, third placed Canvey Island will be looking to get back to winning ways when they host Stanford le Hope.

Canvey were beaten by second placed Millwall 43-23 in their last outing and will now be keen to bounce back against Stanford, who are sixth in the table and have lost their last three games.

Bottom of the table Billericay will also be eager for a win when they travel to fifth placed Maldon.

Billericay have triumphed just once in nine games.
