ROCHFORD Hundred will be looking for back to back wins when they host Chelmsford tomorrow.
A significantly strengthened Rochford kicked off the London Two North East campaign with a 40-29 win at Sudbury last weekend.
And scrum-half Ricki Gould is now keen to build on the triumph.
“The game on Saturday wasn’t the prettiest but we got the win and want to get another one at the weekend now,” said Gould.
“It poured down for about 60 minutes at Sudbury and it slowed the game down but we played in the right areas of the pitch.
“Our forwards deserve huge credit because they were dominant for the full 80 minutes and gave us backs a nice platform.
“The group have gelled together really well in a short space of time and everyone is already on the same page.”
Chelmsford started their season with a 30-0 defeat at Norwich and Rochford will be looking to pile on more pain tomorrow.
The game will also be watched by former England and British Lions coach Dick Best, who will be holding a question and answer session at the club’s pre-match meal, which gets underway at 12 noon.
Prices have been set at £20 each.
