TABLE-TOPPING Basildon host Mavericks this weekend looking to continue their fine fun of results.
Basildon have triumphed in their last three London Three Essex matches.
But first team manager Mark Farrell will be taking nothing for granted this weekend, despite Mavericks sitting bottom of the league.
"The current league positions of these two teams will have no affect on how we prepare for this game" said Farrell.
"The players are fully aware of their responsibility to take every game on its own merits.
"With us currently sitting on top of the pile and Mavericks placed at the bottom, it would be easy to assume an automatic win.
"But Mavericks have already won this season and came close to beating much fancied East London just last week in a very closely contested game."
