Rochford Hundred travel to North Walsham for a huge clash in London One North tomorrow.

Second from bottom Rochford are two places below their hosts in the standings.

And first team manager Graham Pratt is demanding a return to winning ways.

“Nothing but a victory will be acceptable in our fight for league survival,” said Pratt.

“We had a convincing win at home earlier in the season against them but things have not gone our way since and Walsham will probably be stronger on their home patch as well.

“But if we can play for the full 80 minutes I think we can win and I just think the players need to believe in themselves a little bit more.”

Michael Stemp is not available this weekend but Dan Needham is and he moves into the centre.

Kit Branch slots in at stand off, with Adam Ashton returning to the wing and Robert Prior at full-back.

London One North leaders Thurrock are also in action tomorrow as they travel to fourth placed Diss.
