SOUTHEND High School for Boys and St Thomas More shared the spoils when the South East Essex schools football finals were held.
Both schools won a brace at the finals, which were held at St Thomas More, in Kenilworth Gardens, Westcliff.
Southend High beat Thundersley’s King Johns 4-2 on penalties after their Year 7 final finished 2-2, with the school’s Year 9 team narrowly beating Eastwood 3-2.
St Thomas More defeated King John 4-2 to win the Year 10 final and beat Southend High 4-1 in the Year 11 final.
Rayleigh’s FitzWimarc school enjoyed a 7-3 victory over King John in the Year 8 showdown.
