WICKFORD’s Bromfords School achieved major success in the Under-19 Essex Secondary Schools Gymnastic Competition at the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre in Chelmsford.
WICKFORD's Bromfords School achieved major success in the Under-19 Essex Secondary Schools Gymnastic Competition at the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre in Chelmsford.
The line-up saw Charlotte Jenner, Sophie Fitzgerald, Emma Brennan, Emily Smith, Michaela Jones and Hannah Chambers perform exceptionally well to win second place with a grand total of 71.6.
They beat last year's score of 62.2, just missing second place by 1.1 and only 2.4 points short of going to the national finals.
This is the first time the majority of the team have competed at this level.
