ESSEX SENIOR CUP: Bowers and Pitsea got the plum draw in the third round, coming out of the hat first to host Southend United.

Basildon United have been rewarded for their 3-1 second round win at London APSA on Thursday night - goals came from Wes Bocking, Chris Baker and Lawrence Smith - with a home tie against fellow Senior League side Hullbridge Sports.

And Ryman One North Great Wakering Rovers go to League Two Dagenham and Redbridge.
