Having worked in lettings for 20 years, and developed and set up an Accreditation Scheme for Essex University, our Director, Liz has had plenty of experience of managing properties as well as head leasing schemes and large portfolios. The University of Essex and has exclusively engaged Hale Letting to provide student accommodation within the private sector for a large number of EU and International students.Our Director has secured a guaranteed rent proposal from the University and has limited places available within the scheme.
Hale Letting Ltd have been exclusively engaged by the University of Essex to house up to 50 students in private sector accommodation. Furnished properties are required from 1st October 2011 until 30th June 2012. Rents are guaranteed by the University and should include all utilities and internet provision.
