Kimberley Nixon badgers writers
Kimberley Nixon has revealed that she's begging scriptwriters to smooth things out between her character and Kingsley in the second series of Fresh Meat.
The actress is soon to film the next series of the E4 comedy about a gang of six university students sharing a house.
Kimberley's character Josie was involved in a will-they-won't-they storyline with housemate Kingsley, played by Inbetweeners actor Joe Thomas, in the first series.
She said: "She was awful to him in the end. I'm begging (writers) Sam (Bain) and Jesse (Armstrong) that Josie makes it up to Kingsley because I feel terrible on her behalf!"
Kimberley added of filming the show: "If it looks like we're having a good time on screen that's because we really were.
"We were six people who didn't know each other, we all moved to Manchester for four months and, apart from the six hours of sleep every night, we were just together all the time. We loved it."
